Ilkeston Joinery provides a bespoke joinery manufacturing service, working with private and commercial clients in Derbyshire, Nottinghamshire, Leicestershire and across the country in all industry sectors. We pride ourselves on our reputation, being well known and well respected within the industry and the local community. This has grown over the last 30 years due to the quality of our products and our attention to detail.

We combine time served craftsmanship with brand new technology to manufacture beautiful bespoke items, including doors, windows, stairs, screens, gates, porches and mouldings. Almost anything can be reproduced or matched, using the original item or from pictures.

We welcome and nurture young talent into the industry. Helping them learn, understand and respect the trade. Our staff retention speaks for itself.

We have vast experience in conservation work and listed buildings, where timber can only be repaired, not replaced. Our craftsmen are able to replicate mouldings and sympathetically repair existing timbers back to their original beauty.

We work closely with all our clients to build solid working relationships whilst adding a personal service that has ensured our clients return time after time.

All our timber is bought from suppliers who are certified for sustainability and chain of custody.

Our bespoke service means you can design and customise your own joinery products and we will manufacture it in our workshop to your exact requirements. There are lots of shapes and styles available and a wide range of woods to chose from. You can add ironmongery and glazing choices and then finish in a paint colour or a timber stain of your choice. All our products can have furniture supplied loose for fitting by others, pre-hung on the product, or we can quote for fitting by our own craftsmen.
